Refund and Ticket Change Policy
Tickets are nominative. If you cannot attend, you may request a name change by emailing canarias@avantemedios.com
Refunds are only accepted at least 20 days before the event and with a justified reason, by email and with supporting documentation. In such cases, the full ticket price will be refunded.

I hereby expressly and freely authorize the organizers of CAIP 2025 to capture and use my image, voice, and/or name during the event for informational, promotional, or publicity purposes, through any medium (including social media, websites, television, or printed materials), with no geographic or time limitations.
